Initial Visit

We love welcoming new patients to our practice and look forward to meeting you. Unless you are experiencing a dental emergency or having any discomfort, we recommend a comprehensive exam.   This will be an opportunity to meet us and give us a chance to get to know you and your dental needs.  At this time we will review your medical history, take any necessary x-rays, and perform a comprehensive exam.  Together we will access you needs and schedule the necessary appointments. You might also have the opportunity to meet one of the hygienists and have a dental prophylaxis.     Please assist us by bringing the following items with you:

• Current list of all your medications and any herbal supplements that you are taking
• Current dental insurance card, if applicable
• Any current x-rays available to you

Please alert our office if you have a medical condition that may be of concern prior to treatment (i.e. artificial heart valves or joints, anticoagulant therapy)

Important: All patients under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at the initial visit.
