Scheduling

Smoky Mountain Dentistry is open Monday through Thursday 8:00a.m. to 5:00p.m.  Please call to schedule an appointment.  If you reach us after hours, please leave a message and we will return your call on the next business day.

If you have a dental emergency, every attempt will be made to see you that day.  If you have a dental emergency after office hours and are a patient of record, leave a message for the dentist on call.  The doctor will return your call as soon as possible.

We understand your time is precious and make every attempt to stay on schedule.  However, emergencies and unforeseen procedures do occur and might cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

When you schedule an appointment with our office, we reserve that time specifically for you.  We prepare for your appointment by scheduling the dentist, hygienist, and dental assistants to serve you. We understand that sometimes circumstances arise that prevent patients from keeping their appointments.  If you find it impossible to keep you appointment, please do your best to give us at least 24 hours notice. With this prior notice, we can reschedule your appointment quickly. We request this courtesy because it allows another patient to have the appointment time and helps our office run efficiently.
