Crowns

Dental crowns are used to restore broken, cracked or fractured teeth.  Crowns reinforce teeth, making them stronger and more resistant to breakage in the future.  Crowns can also be a very esthetic option; allowing you to enhance your smile while strengthening your teeth.   

A crown requires at least two appointments.  Initially, we will prepare, or shape the tooth for a crown, make an impression, and fit it with a temporary crown. On the second visit, we will remove the temporary crown, and then fit and adjust the final crown. Finally, we will cement the crown into place and you will have a beautiful tooth.
